Moulin OLTREMONTI Olive oil




Olive oils of Moulin Oltremonti are produced in the normal way of "Extra virgin".

The designation " Extra virgin" names the best quality of olive oil according to the criteria established by the International Olive Council.

It meets precise standards : An Extra virgin olive oil is extracted exclusively by mechanical processes, has a rate of acidity of 0.8% maximal and it's free from any defects during testing.
 
Moulin Oltremonti offers a range of six Extra virgin olive oil including the "Emilie's cuvee" certified in organic farming.

These oils come from the sam variety of Corsican olives ,called "Ghjermana" but picked at different times of the harvest.

The extracted oil will therefore have a tasting panel from the sweetest to the more peppery : Emilie's Cuvee, Dolce, Frescu, Intensu, Athea, Galoppa.
